Ja-nee, really. We quote you for the full set-up (design, set-up, domain registration and everything needed to get you online), then waive it when you commit to your package for 12 months. You only ever pay the agreed monthly amount.
What happens if I cancel before 12 months?
No drama. Your set-up cost is written off one twelfth at a time for every month you stay. Leave early and you only settle the part that hasn't been written off yet. Say your set-up quote was R12,000 and you leave after 6 months: you'd settle R6,000. No penalties on top.
What happens after my 12 months?
You carry on with your package month-to-month at the same agreed rate. No new set-up, no starting from scratch. We'll keep things lekker.
Do I get email addresses?
Ja. Every package comes with 10 standard IMAP email accounts on your own domain, like hello@yourbusiness.co.za, that work on your phone and computer. Plus matching email signatures so every mail looks the part.
What's the difference between the packages?
Sharp gets your business online with a professional website and the essentials. Lekker adds a 3D interactive feature, seasonal makeovers and 2 content changes a month. Kiff adds extra interactive features and 8 content additions a month. Full Braai adds custom builds, an online shop and content changes up to 3 times a week. Need a dedicated server or customer logins? That's Full Braai+, quoted to fit.
What counts as a content change?
Updates to what's on your website, like new prices, fresh photos, a new special or product, or an extra section. Not sure if something counts? Just ask the Oom.
Can you help with my logo and domain name?
Definitely. If your logo is looking a bit eish, we'll freshen it up and create matching email signatures. Need a domain name? Check if your domain is available and we'll register it as part of your set-up.
Do I need any tech skills?
Nope. No tech degree required. That's our job, not yours.
How long until my website is live?
It depends on your package and how quickly we get your content, but we'll give you a clear timeline before we start. We work now-now, not just now.
